To develop positive, proactive, child centred and evidenced based interventions and good practice standards at schools.
My great ambition is to educate people who work with special needs children that only through knowledge and understanding of the individual we can give them chance of becoming independent and happy adult.
My great aspiration is to train schools and parents how to prioritise when delivering interventions, improve child concentration, works with the strengths and skills that children already have, reduce child anxiety, enhance motivation, reduce challenging behaviours and increase adaptive functioning.

My name is Beata Bednarska and I’m passionate about helping children with special needs to become independent and happy adults.
How am I doing that?
I inspire schools through the training I deliver. I’m changing people perception on special needs provision and teach them how to lead their school in area of SEND provision.
I still can’t believe that I’m saying that but my customers calls me passionate and inspirational
as I proved that it is possible to deliver a positive, child centred and evidence based SEND provision
and I’m convinced YOU can do it as well!!!
People who knows me says that I’m a great listener but I speak with Polish accent so if that’s bothers you I don’t think that we will get on.
My customers loved it and we had a great laugh.
